How we work
Understand the platform first, decide later
Many people first look at the app, then question us; we do the opposite: we first observe user habits, login steps, and mobile loading, so entering the 899OK App makes the workspace clear
Dhaka-based team tests daily on Android and low networks, keeping bKash and Nagad-type user habits in mind, because user speed and habits are what matter
The story begins in 2016
899OK Platform did not get built in a day; since 2016 it has been built step by step, so that 7.6M+ users can easily find their way, 815+ titles, 99.8% uptime, and experience in 19 countries have brought discipline to our work
Here the key is that consistency on every screen, every click, and every instruction is concise, so new users quickly understand what to do
The mission is very
Our mission is to create a fast, secure, and clear experience; when complexity is reduced, people gain confidence, and that is the most important in the long run
For Rocket, Nagad, and bKash users, information is kept simple so you won't lose your way even from outside Dhaka; that is our standard
